I took the foreign language placement exam and they gave me a score of 0, meaning I will take Spanish 120 or Spanish Semester 1. I am somewhat distraught by the fact that my computer shutdown on its own. When I signed back in the foreign language test, the website gave me a score of 0. However, I know that my Spanish skills are not great and barely is above a first grade level and expected to be placed in 1st semester Spanish. I am curious if I should ask for a redo on the exam because of computer problems, or just accept the score of 0 and start at spanish 1. Thank you.

This is the first year they have tried online computer placement exams. You should let USC know.
