Placement Exams online

https://www.pittstart.pitt.edu/freshmen_exam_engr.aspx I've been trying and trying to find the button to press to take my placement exams, but I just can't find it! Am I blind, or is it on a different page, or something? Also, I never took the SAT but my ACT was higher than a 600 cr on the SAT, so I theoretically shouldn't have to take the English placement, right? haha hope you all have had better luck finding these online tests than I have...

scroll all the way down to where it says click here to take placement exams.

blushes thanks…

just took mine, finally. 44/45 on algebra and 11/15 trig (didn’t have to take english). anybody care to guess what class i’ll place into?

We went to Pitt Start last week. You only need an 8 to place into Calc. So I am sure you will place into Calc. Good Luck!

also if you have AP credit the placement exams are kind of pointless…considering you would have taken those classes a LONG time ago, I was kind of offended that I had to take an algebra/trig exam when the last time I had taken those classes was freshman year of high school
