so if i'm reading correctly from the website, there are only three placement tests: foreign language, chem., and math.

I got into BUS and got a 5 on AP Chinese, so does this mean I only have to take the math placement? I don't think chem is required to graduate...

And by the way, which dorm/house is good for someone who wants study not party? or is housing all luck of a draw?

AP does not get you out of the language test. If you have four years of high school language, that would get you out of it for the business college. Chemistry is required only of certain majors and business is not one of them and thus you are required to take only if you intend to take a chemistry course in college.

even if math is the only required, would one advise taking the chem and language tests just for the hell of it, just in case? personally, as a business major i dont see myself ever taking chem, but although i took 4 years of spanish in hs i might be interested in taking more. maybe not my freshman year, but at some point learning more spanish could come in handy. can i just opt not to take the language placement test now and take it when i need to in a few years?

If you intend to or think you might continue with Spanish or take chemistry, then you should take the placement tests because you have to have the placement test to take them.
