<p>hey when you guys registered for placement tests did you click on UCI student or "newly admitted uci student". i am thinking that i am suppose to click UCI student since i have a UCI net id</p>

<p>um, when i clicked newly-admitted student, i was able to register .. i don't know why and i was able to sign up for tests</p>
<p>i can do it now too! before, it didn't take me anywhere to register.</p>

<p>wait i'm confused.. up until when can you register? is this for when spop begins that we take the placement tests, or is it during the first week of school aka welcome week?</p>
<p>there are dates listed for tests... there is testing during spop too</p>
<p>i think it said you should register something like no later than 5 days before the test you want to take</p>
