Placement testing

Is anyone else who has been accepted beginning to think about the placement tests for math and foreign languages?
I've been looking on the UW website and I haven't been able to find where to register.
I just want to get this taken care of early.

i’m taking one for math.
the web says that you don’t register for one, you just show up 15min earlier than the test dates given on the web.
and you pay it at the testing site too.

I have a question about taking a placement test for Chem.
I’m planning on taking the general chem, i think it’s chem 142, and since i will be entering as a freshman, is it required for me to take the placement exam to get into that class? FYI I took IB chem for 2 years, BUT I am not taking the IB exam.
I think the web said it was for honors chem, chem 145 and up, but I wanted to know if I could just get into chem 142 because I took chemistry in high school.
anyone know the answer to this?

You need to take the chemistry placement test just if you are interested in the honors chemistry series, CHEM 145, 155, 165.
