Are the placement tests difficult? I’m also taking the foreign language test (despite coming out of a one year gap between my last Spanish class). Also is there any materials I can use for prep?
Whether or not the placement tests are difficult depends on you personally. No one can assess their difficulty other than you. I, personally, did not find them overly difficult. I would advise you to not prep for the exams. The whole point of the placement exams is figuring out which math, English, and language classes you should take based on your knowledge. If you cram before the exam, but don’t actually know the material and are placed into a class too advanced for you, you would only be hurting yourself in the long run.
