Once we arrive on campus do we have to take any placement tests for classes? I know some colleges do, but I couldn't find anything on the website or any of the other pamphlets I got. Any info would be wonderful.

Language Classes have a multiple choice computer based placement test. No verbal -- heavy on the grammar.

Also, the upper level math classes have placement tests. You'll get info about times and such at orientation, and don't worry about it too much. Basically they're just to make sure that you have some kind of preparation, you aren't meant to ace them by any means. They are required in languages and math if you want to take anything higher than the intro classes.

Music theory has one if you want to place out of the first-term repertory/analysis.

not sure if they still do this, but you used to be able to place out of intro macro and microeconomics by test.
