How do we know which placement tests we're to take? Does it depend on the major? What if you're undeclared (but following pre-med)? What placement tests would you need then? Are there deadlines to register for placement tests? Are there multiple locations at which we may take the placement tests? If we follow the "pre-med" course, then are we required to take chem the first year? Thank you =).

It does depend on the major. If you're going to do pre-med, just put yourself in as a bio major and that should be pretty accurate. If you're pre-med, you don't HAVE to take chem the first year, but I would highly recommend it.

Do they look at the result of your placement test for academic advising?
because I'm deciding whether to take the test on June 30th or august 4, and my academic advising is on august 4.
If I took the june 30th one, then they will have my result by then, but if they don't consider the placement test, then I'll just take the test on later date.

I think they look at the results for academic advising, because at least for the engineering school it says they won't advise you if you don't have all your tests completed.

Yes, I would assume that they would be able to have the result. I took a couple tests a week ago, and the results were online by the time I got home. You might want to call and ask just in case though.
