Specifically, Spanish and Psychology.
Can anyone speak to how difficult the tests are compared to their respective AP tests or SAT 2s?
Also, I know for math, the placement test is non-binding and simply advisory. Is this true for Spanish and Psychology as well?

I got a 3 on the Spanish Language AP, and I got placed into HISP0600. Normally a 5 on the SpLit gets you into that (and just for reference a 5 on SpLang gets you into HISP0500). I can’t speak for the psych tests, but language placement tests are a bit more binding. If you get placed into HISP0500, but want to take 0600, you won’t be able to register for it because nothing shows, whether it be placement test of other score, that you have the prereq for it. But if you feel that you’re not up to it, you’re definitely able to take a lower level.

I know that I am not going to do well on the AP Chem test tomorrow, so…
Does anyone know how hard the chem placement test is???
I am going to be a science major and I was advised (I contacted Dean Ip and Dean T) to not take chem 100.
How does it compare to the AP chem test?

Just take 33. Placement is also a guideline for Chem 33 and anyone who takes AP at all is wasting their time in 10 which is designed for people with practically 0 exposure to chemistry.

Thanks Sungchul.
Can anyone speak to Psych?

The AP Psych exam is a joke if your high school class actually covers the proper material. Intro Psych is also not a difficult class. AP out of that.
