We are headed to OU this summer for a return visit I wanted to see if anyone had ideas on best places to eat in Norman. Here are two spots we went to and enjoyed:

The Garage - About a mile from campus across the railroad tracks, a fun upscale burger joint with lots of custom options including turkey and buffalo meat. The sweet potato fries as well as the garlic fries were awesome!

Caf

I love Fuzzy’s Tacos that’s in Campus corner area. Too be honest when I visit my niece who just finished her freshman year, I like to eat on her Caf. It’s nothing like the college food I had!

On Campus Corner, Pepe Delgado’s, Victoria’s Pasta Shop, Hideaway Pizza, and The Service Station are all great. Cafe Plaid is basically the main lunch spot on campus, but those other four places are nice if you want to try something else. Honestly, you won’t go wrong with most of the eateries on Campus Corner.

Off campus, Billy Sims Barbeque and Ted’s are really good, although you will overeat at Ted’s and your clothes will smell like barbeque smoke all day after Billy Sims. The Diner and Prairie Kitchen both have excellent breakfast dishes, but I don’t know if anyone visiting campus cares about breakfast.

And the caf is fantastic during the school year. No joke, it’s amazing.
