<p>Wikipedia definitely plagiarizes other published sources. Some prominent Wikipedia editors have had to resign when they have been caught plagiarizing, but Wikipedia still doesn’t have good controls against plagiarism. Most student work that properly cites sources (and for most student work, Wikipedia is not a proper source) should be fine for passing through TurnItIn.</p>
