I’m a freshman now, took the PLAN in November. I don’t know exactly what my results said my projected ACT score was, but looking on the website I’m guessing they bump the score up 1-4 points, so I guess a 23-27. How accurate is the PLAN and is my score an indicator of whether I should take the ACT or SAT? My scores were:
English - 25
Math - 19
Reading - 22
Science - 22
Composite - 22
I’m more of an English person than a Math/Science so I’ve always thought to take the SAT but I’m not sure if my PLAN scores show that I’d be good or better at the ACT. I didn’t prepare at all for it so my hope is that my actual scores would be higher than these, but I’d appreciate any additional input. I take the PSAT next year so hopefully in due time I’ll have something to compare this to
