Retook Dec. SAT IIs. I feel an improvement.

Retaking January SATs. Im going to make sure the score skyrockets.

And I got a 100+ GPA this semester, which should boost my grade up to a 96-97

columbia09, yeah definitely don’t lose hope. I heard alot of columbia deferrals/rejects end up in other awesome schools, like princeton, harvard, dartmouth, etc. Each ivy is sort of different in what they look for (also depends on the applicatoins of that year)

I hope I do my ACTs are low, very low. My 2 sat 2s however are pretty good. Out of all the schools I said I hope I go to Cornell. The environment up there is the perfect college setting at least for me. I should’ve applied to Cornell ED. I have advantages, first generation college student, a parent in the military, Eagle scout, 4 summer programs, my activities are connected to my carrier choice meaning I want to be an oncologist so I created a club that donates to St. Jude and I volunteer at my hospitals oncology lab. This year I’m doing pretty well so we’ll see what happens in April. I still have faith. Columbia was not meant to be.

Given all the sex and drug scandals on campus this week, I thought this thread was going to involve contraception. I am disappointed.

I agree with columbia 2002. haha
