I received my letter yesterday from Plan II, and I was offered early admission. I'm totally psyched - that's all I've wanted. I was just wondering who else found out they were accepted, deferred, etc. From my understanding only a very small group was accepted early consideration, but I'm interested in hearing from other people.

I'm for sure accepting my admission - I paid my enrollment deposit a few weeks ago after finding out I was accepted into McCombs.

Also, is anyone who applied to Plan II (accepted or otherwise) also applying/accepted into McCombs?

i got in!!
i am also doing Plan II, and McCombs. BS to UT, are you also doing bhp? because i am. i was wondering if somebody else was doing bhp and plan II

I've applied to BHP and Liberal Arts Honors, but I haven't heard from either. I really want to get into BHP, and if I do I will do both BHP and Plan II. So I'm hoping if I didn't get in early consideration I'll be deferred to regular decision. Are people still getting interviews? I've heard they range from November to March. Any ideas?

By the way, those of you who got in, why don't we send our email addresses to each other. I would like to keep in touch with you guys since we'll be working closely together next fall. If you want, I'll send a private message with my email. How does that sound?

haha, let's hope I do. I don't think it's even sunk in yet that I made it into Plan II - honestly, that was the honors program I expected the least, much less to get in under early consideration. It would freakin' rock my world if I get into BHP and Liberal Arts Honors as well!

BS to UT, feel free to PM me your email, id love to keep in touch with fellow Plan II-ers. But, im not certain i'll be there next fall- im not sure i can afford it being from out-of-state.

aww great job!! i didn't get in, i was deferred to the regular admission, btw what were some of your SAT scores? I suck at SAT and it was my weakest point :( :( :(

Well, don't necessarily worry about your SAT scores. Mine were definitely lower than the Plan II average (though not bad by any means), and I'm not a National Merit anything. I just have a lot more going for me. So test scores aren't everything. Seriously.
