is the act plan test only for sophomores? or can juniors take it too?
thanks

[ACT’s PLAN Program: EXPLORE, PLAN, and the ACT](The ACT Test for Students | ACT)
Says only for 10th graders… of course that can’t stop you from looking at sample questions online or something like that if you want.

I think it’s only sophomores. But, in reality, it really doesn’t matter anyways.

I think it’s just for sophomores. That’s when everyone at my school takes it.

We take the PSAT as juniors instead. (forgot to add that)

You can also use the practice questions to prepare for the ACT.

The only difference, I think, is that the math goes up until like Algebra II instead of Pre-calc. I may be wrong, however.

I’m not sure but the math is definitely easier. English is still the same though.

it for 11th grader

FWIW, I took it last year. It really isn’t terribly accurate in predicting much of anything, thanks to it’s weirdo curves:

Fall 2010 (Keep in mind that everything is out of 32)-

English: Pretty normal curve here; comparable to the ACT
-0=32
-1=31
-2=30
-3=28
-4=27
-5=26
-6=25
-7=24

Math: Really awkward, but generous, curve
-0=32
-1=32
-2=31
-3=31
-4=30
-5=29
-6=29

Reading: Harsh curve like none other
-0=32
-1=29
-2=26
-3=24

Science: Typical curve, I suppose
-0=32
-1=30
-2=29

do u get curves in SAT?
