So I am halfway through my Junior year and I think I have decided on my major: Organizational Leadership. Anyone ever heard of this before? I think it fits my interests perfectly but I'm wondering if its too broad of an area. I wonder if I can get some competitive salary job prospects once I get my masters degree. I have a few questions for you all.

Is this a reputable major? Would I be better off just getting my MBA? Is a minor necessary/what minor would go well with this?

Well just play it safe, I personally have never heard of it and I’ve been doing research on what I should study for months now. I’d say if its what you like doing then go ahead and major in it, BUT have a back up, get a second major in something safe like Accounting (you can’t go wrong with accounting). It might take more time to graduate but the 2 degrees will 1) look good on a resume 2) if your primary major turns out to have bad employability you can rely on your accounting major to get you a job.
