planning to transfer to Ivy/very strong school

I am a sophomore at one of the better SUNY schools. I am technically a freshman, but the AP credit I got through high school accredits me as a sophomore. I am looking to transfer into an Ivy or a comparable school after my next semester (in Spring 14). I wanted to get an idea of where I stand in terms of my chances.

I am looking at: Harvard, UPenn, Brown, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, UNC, and a few other schools

By next Fall, my resume will look like this:

Academics/extra curriculars:
3.94 GPA, 3 consecutive Dean's List
Recipient of prize for distinguished minds
VP of part of AMA eBoard
AFA member
Dean's Student Advisory Board member
Student Association rep (Senator)
Hall Government

Athletics:
College soccer (2 years)
all-academic selection (2 years)
chancellor's all academic selection
men's league summer team captain

Volunteer work:
humane society: 24 hours
regional health center: 8 hours
youth soccer team: too many hours to calculate at this point
-Registered E License coach

Job/Professional/intern experience:
Started own business (May 2013)
Busboy/waiter at local restaurant (Summer 2013)
Research assistant intern

I take pretty strong classes and I will have great recommendations. I will also be retaking my SATs with the hope of breaking 2100. I just wanted to get an idea of what it takes to transfer to an amazing school like Harvard or Penn and where I stand.

Have you read all of the college websites? I know that at least Penn & H on your list only accept fall transfers.

you should be fine

I think you are a great applicant just remember that at the more competitive schools it will be harder to transfer in because barely anyone leaves. However you still have a very good shot

I would argue you are definitely a good candidate for all those schools given that Harvard will be the hardest to transfer into. I am planning on trying to transfer to Upenn, Johns Hopkins, Villanova, and possibly Georgetown.
