Hey guys! It is that time of year again (registration) so I wanted to run my plans by you!

Sophomore Year:
Pre-Cal Honors
English II Honors
Chemistry Honors
Latin AP (need 3 years of language, took Latin I and II and this is the last level offered)
AP Euro
AP Stats
AP Bio

Junior Year:
AP Calc AB (you have to take AB if you want to do BC)
AP English III Lang&Comp
AP Chemistry
AP Art History
AP US History
AP Environmental Science
Study Hall

Senior Year:
AP Calc BC
AP English IV Lit
AP Physics
AP Psych
AP Gov&Econ
AP World History
Study Hall or AP Music Theory

With most of them, I actually am.
And in others it is because a lot of kids at my school take the AP level (such as with English III and IV, Euro, US History, Gov and Econ) so I feel it would be advantageous for me to take the AP levels of those courses.

I would drop AP Bio for a study hall if I were you. You’re underestimating the workload you’re going to have. I’d also drop APAH or APUSH junior year and replace it with something easier, like AP Psychology. Don’t take AP’s just to impress college.

Yeah, my senior year schedule looks the same as yours in terms of # of AP’s. Though, I was wondering if it would be wise to take a study hall or switch that out for another easy class. However, I don’t have any other AP’s I can take :(. Any thoughts? Other than the study hall I’m skeptical about, the rest of your schedule looks good.

16 or 17 AP Classes. You really won’t be able to do that…
Take classes you really really are interested in, so that you will do well in them. Cut the AP classes that you are taking just because they are AP.
AP Latin after Latin II might be a little hard, so make sure you review all the grammar over the summer.
Also, remember that taking an honors class isn’t a terrible thing. Opt for honors in subjects that you don’t really care for.
