<p>Wow, I love this thread! I’ve been reading between the Chapman, USC and Berkeley boards alll day but no time to post til now. D was accepted into Dodge’s film production program (yes!) and just found out today she was rejected from Berkeley but accepted to USC, but Roski art not SCA. While USC is has that prestige and we have yet to see their financial aid offer (unfortunately, Chapman will leave us with a few big loans, especially tough for this single mom) D is definitely leaning towards Chapman because of all the nice things listed here and it really fits her personality. Plus it’s Dodge College!!! </p>
<p>Thank you to the posters here - we already feel that sense of community coming off of this board alone (the fact that Erinconomy has no facebook and my D literally just got one last week makes me smile!) and the story about the dorms and the program - it feels good! Can’t wait for Preview Day. :)</p>
<p>Another daughter going to Chapman! We need to get all these girls together! Are you going to Preview day? My daughter has just started looking at the facebook page. What is your daughter’s name? You can PM me if you don’t want to say it publicly. I think she will be more comfortable if she knows some people before she moves in.</p>
<p>Okay - so there’s quite a few of us. Maybe I’ll try a PM if i can remember all the pseudonyms. We’re doing Chapman Campus Preview that Saturday, then probably going to play hooky at Disney on Sunday because Dodge isn’t open for tours on the weekend. I’m scratching my head over why that would be the case with admits making the effort to fly in for the event. We’re touring Dodge on Monday, then heading up to another college for preview day that afternoon and the next day. Luckily both schools have their previews back to back so we can book one airfare there and back. </p>
<p>Congrats to all the families for surviving the stress of this process.</p>
<p>D and I will be attending Preview Day (her grandparents might come too!) We did visit Chapman and Dodge last August but would like a refresher and to meet some of her fellow future classmates. It will be fun! </p>

I am a USC alumni, my son applied for Animation at SC,LMU and Champam for Fall 2013,
not in at SC, wait list at LMU, but IN AT DODGE!! 2D hand drawn in his passion,love for Disney,Pixar etc. and really looking forward to Preview Day to see what Dodge has to offer.
Sounds like from this thread there are many others like him who will be able to pursue their
