Plans for summer.

Am i joking around about drinking?

idk, am i?

Still pondering about whether i should go for medical study or bioengineering..... hmmmmm

well, 50% of people switch majors during college so, i guess i'll first get a taste of both before selecting one

u a fckin druggie? I don't take illicit drugs.

liquid cocaine doesn't actualy have coke in it. shot of overproof rum(151), a shot of jager, and a shot of goldschlager.

I wanted to get out of high school early because I felt there was nothing else here for me. I wanted to be out and about already.

Then I got out of the IB program....

I don't know what college is like yet... but I am REEEAAALLLYYY glad I did not skip this year... I don't get to do anything -- I don't get to go to parties or anything, but I snuck around and stuff and **** HAPPENED --- the experience is priceless.

But that's just me personally... I think if I was still in the IB program or hanging around a bunch of "We have a test tomorrow?" kids, this senior year would have been worthless.

why are people so eager to go to college? I'm a hs senior and I am dreading the new year. I don't want to go to college so soon. (It makes me feel old, lol).
I just plan to HAVE FUN during summer!

Oh, i got into college by a special program (i'm 15, lol..... i got into the University of Washington and its Honors Program, which is harder to get into than Cornell, Dartmouth, and Brown... i'm talking about the Honors Program... and UW is ranked around 30 in the top universities list, and going up because UW is trying to make it into the top 20.... considered a public ivy by everybody).

Why don't you spend the summer trying to understand how socially unacceptable that paragraph is instead.

PS. I find the fact that you listed "go to the mall" and "do crazy s*** with friends" in the same sentence severely distrubing.

PSx2. I just read about the "PARTIES (hell yea)" that you apparently experienced in your few short years of high school at the age of 15. Definite knee slapper.

HAHAHA...I just read the binge drinking part. Oh this night keeps getting better.

BAHHHHHHHHHhhhhh I missed the part about drinking a couple glasses with friends...I don't even know what the hell that means but I'll have to assume wine. Which brings the hilariousity of this thread to a whole new level.

EDIT: Okay I just read my post and I sound like an evil little whore so I will try to type something that pertains to the topic.

This summer I will be:
Working at Starbucks a lot.
Going to the beach a lot.
Reading a lot.
But we can't forget...having a couple glasses with friends!!!!!!

hahahhahahahhahahhahahahhaa.

Sorry, it's late. AP week = lack of sleep. Wooooo, this made my night.

Bassmaster, you seem like a complete loser and a total poser.

Anyone want to follow up on their plans?

My plans

I leave for orientation tomorrow, get back thursday
Working
I've gone bowling a few times
Movies
Late night Dennys!
Cruising around
Working out
Reading (for fun)
Going online
Shopping

summer school: taking Consumer ED and Creative Writing because they are required at my school and I want to free up my schedule. Huntington Learning Center for Tutoring which would lead to their ACT Prep. Playing golf and getting ready for big changes.

summer school (need to finish my PE credits)
start reading AP Bio and APUSH textbooks, get ahead so I don't die next year
work on some independent research
start studying for the PSAT/NMSQT & the SAT
start learning how to drive next month

"start reading AP Bio and APUSH textbooks, get ahead so I don't die next year"

that sounds like a very good idea

i think I'l do that for AP USH and AP Econ

I hope to drive around the country a little...tired of living in the same ol' spot!

Summer is always a lot worse than one plans.

FIT art classes until July 26
CA from July 27-August 4
After that, working out, PSAT prep (not a course though), hanging out with friends, start sewing those tees I'd planned on making for a year, lots of sweet sixteens to go to+pool parties, and maybe get a head start on some of those APs I'm dreading for next year...if I'm feeling ambitious

wow, bassmaster I'll be going to college after I finish high school and I'll still finish college around the same age...I don't see the point in rushing

I'm 12 years old and finishing up my doctoral thesis at Harvard, that is when I'm not chugging fifths of 151 and having sex with my 22 year old girlfriend.

I have AP Lit homework and I'm studying for the ACT(not a class). I need to do well on the ACT because I bombed the SAT(1640). I took a practice ACT, which yielded a higher score.

Also, I'm not taking any summer classes this time. I took French last summer and health the summer before that. I am going to go to a symposium at USC about government, though.

Nhsharvard, the ACT is amazing. My ACT score (converted to an SAT score) was ~200 points higher than my SAT score... yeah. The ACT is amazing =)

I'm volunteering because my mother isn't letting me get a job (long, stupid story) and didn't let me apply for any summer programs.

bassmaster those college intro classes are goin to be too much for even your ridicuolusly smart self to comprehend cuz in your case theyre goin to have to include how to have a social life and wake up and look around, drinking is not considered a druggie in HS let alone college, there are many kids in HS that are already on REAL drugs like coke and heroin......and also just out of curiosity why rush into college and get a head start on life? what is two years when your near a senior citizen goin to count for compared to two years of your HS life? absolutely NOTHING
