Playboy's 2009 Top Party Schools

Playboy U - Party Schools - College Girls - Pictures - Videos

wow it doesn’t surprise me that the majority of the schools who make the lists are state schools. haha PENN STATE

Did you expect the top academic schools filled with socially inept nerds to be there?

My sister goes to Washington State University, partied there 2 weekends ago. Oh boy…

^ some of the most beautiful people in Hollywood right now are from top academic schools filled with “socially inept nerds” lol

Angelina Jolie (NYU)
Natalie Portman (harvard)
Meryl Streep (Yale?)
Matt Damon (Harvard)
etc :D

James Franco - UCLA and Columbia (grad school)

Not too many private schools in the top 25. Top private at #14 is LEHIGH. Can that be why their new motto is “Work Hard, Play Hard, Constant LEHIGH”?

as I said it doesn’t surprise me? lol did you miss the boat on that one?

ooooh you can’t forget cindy crawford who went to Northwestern on a scholarship, or Brooke Shields a Princeton grad. :)

The attitude should be, “Wherever I go will be the top party school.”

Working Dad,

Hey, quick memo from the home office: University of Miami (#1) is a PRIVATE School

BaghDad…Thanks! I wonder if the school will try to crack down on the student body even harder when you’re #!?

WD,

Since most all the partying is off-campus, the administrations decision regarding bus service back from Coconut Grove will be key, I think they and the student government are working a deal

Those schools should be embarrased.

Rats! That site is blocked at work. Can anyone share the list?

Pretty nasty slam by Playboy against #25 SUNY Albany:

“While their academics and athletics leave much to be desired, Albany just barely makes the list on merit of their epic parties. If they hope to be here again the students better start going to class.”

Imagine. Getting thrown off the “Top Party Schools” list because students don’t study enough!

At MIT, people like to tell the story of how we were #25 in 1987.

Apparently the people who do that ranking were on campus during the weekend of Steer Roast - MIT’s biggest, annually-occurring party - and thought that it was representative of how things were normally! :D

I am sooooo grateful D is going to a “hick” (and I do mean that in the nicest way) school out in the middle of nowhere, with no frats.

Meryl Streep went to Vassar as an undergrad. Yale (undergrad) wasn’t coed then. She got an MFA from Yale School of Drama.

Personally, I love the fact that the doofus quoted for the #1 school STILL hasn’t learned how to use “lay” and “lie” properly. Also the fact that female students are STILL referred to as “coeds.”

I don’t really go by these ratings. The high ranked ivies and private schools (think MIT, Harvard, Brown, etc) may not have parties 24/7, but when they do party, its a GOOD party.

The schools on the list probably have the most frequent parties (24/7). I go to #13 on the list, and I can tell you half the time the parties aren’t that great. Probably because there’s dozens every week.

Quality > Quantity. That’s me.

Am I to understand that the folks here at CC are now citing Playboy as a college research source? So I actually will have to get it for the articles?
