Pleas assess a Canadian's chances for some of the best US Schools?

Location: Canada
Race: Asian (East Indian)

GPA of 4.0, 2200 on SAT 1 and 750s in physics and math subject tests.
A 5 on AP Psychology (only AP course available in the school district)

My only ECs are grad council, a global issues club and environmental club for one year.

I have volunteered for about 100 hours in the summer at a children's daycamp and for a year (about 2 hours per week) with a charity that raises money for children with disabilities - I worked as one of the people who organizes and thinks of new ideas for fundraisers.

--
Please tell me what are my chances and areas which are my strengths and weaknesses.

Schools I would like to get into:
uPenn
Univ. of Chicago
Columbia
Duke
MIT
Northwestern
Stanford
UC Berkeley

Which schools seem realistic for me, if any.

Thank-you, your feedback is appreciated.

why are your ECs so weak and whimsical?

you could have also self-studied a lot of other APs…

haha, wow you live in the same area as I do
realistically though, those ec’s are too weak and too sparse to give you a chance at any of those schools. your sat’s are decent but that alone is never enough to get one accepted. unless you can win some national or international level awards I’d say your chances are slim. try lowering your standards and applying for only a few of the schools you mentioned, its always worth a shot.
