I need insight from college students

You might want to ask a question if you’re looking for an answer.

I just got suspended. It was a small situation, and it was deemed academic dishonesty. I am a 4.0 GPA student, I’m taking all of high school in 2 years, and I am nationally recognized as being in the top of the nation. I will graduate at 14. Will this make up for the fact, and if so, will I still qualify for an academic scholarship at UT Dallas? Note: I’m a freshman/sophomore this year and I’ll graduate next. My principal agreed he would write a letter saying it’s ok of I “change my perspective” in the next 1.5 years

Sorry this is my first post I don’t really know how it works

You need to ask the college.
Seems like you are under way too much pressure if you are graduating in 2 years instead of 4, and you were caught cheating.

What is the point to go to college at 14? It is very socially isolating unless you look into a place like this:

I have a friend who graduated college at 18, and her dreams at 14 when she entered college changed drastically between 14 and 18, and between 18 and 25.

The qualifications for a UTD academic scholarship are

-must have high GPA
-national recognition
-sat score (haven’t taken sat yet)
-leadership activities

Thank you

I think it’s more important to love learning and experience the world while you are young. Meaning, young people should be fearless in pursuing interests and seeing what’s worth pursuing. If you’re so worried about keeping a high grade point that you’d be academically dishonest, you are only cheating yourself in the long run. In other words, why sprint to a destination not knowing where you are going…it’s about the journey.

I’m sure you are very talented and I’m sensing high pressure from your family. Focus on the lesson and learn from it, rather than focusing on lessening the punishment/ramifications. And give yourself some breathing room by lightening your workload and graduate in a more reasonable timeframe.

Suspended from where…high school?

yes I was suspended from high school. I did not know I was cheating when I was doing it though
