<p>You need 3 for Harvard and Yale.</p>
<p>I have a similar problem because I plan to take SAT I and ACT in October and three SAT II tests in November.</p>
<p>I want to apply SCEA for Stanford, but the guy at the admissions office said that he can't guarantee November test scores to arrive in time for SCEA application review. I'm still trying to decide on this.</p>
<p>Yale's website says that November test scores are fine.</p>
<p>I don't know about Harvard.</p>
