please assess my chances!

<p>hey everyone, i'm applying ED to princeton and i was wondering if you think i have a chance of getting in... here are my stats:</p>

<p>SAT: Oct. 2006 - M:770 W:740 R: 750 = 2260; Jan 2006 - M:760 W:700 R: 610 = 2070, so quite an improvement
SATII: Math IIC: 730, Chem:680, Spanish: 610.... but i retook Chem and Spanish this November
ACT: Sept. 2006 - 33
GPA: 3.64(UW), 4.41(W)
Ranking: school doesn't rank... but top 20%
AP: English 5, Chem 5, Calc BC 4, Spanish 4, Government 4
School: Magnet program high school... challenging curriculum... took pretty much most difficult courses
Teachers recs: one amazing, one pretty good; I sent in an optional reference form too and I think it was great
Counselor rec: I don't think he knows who I even am...
Essays: an english teacher i really trust liked them a lot</p>

<p>Live in Virginia, Asian female
Extracurriculars:
-Captain of Varsity field hockey (played all 4 years and was captain of JV team 2 years ago)
-Captain of intramural soccer team
-Managing Features editor for school paper
-Community service: 370 hours+
-Spanish Honors Society member
-SGA senator one year
-Violin as a hobby... was concert mistress of orchestra</p>

<p>Academic Honors:
-AP Scholar w/ Distinction
-National Merit letter of commendation
-school's athletic-scholar award
-Honor roll</p>

<p>Experience:
-2-summer internship at National Institutes of Health
-receptionist at doctors office</p>

<p>Intended Major: 1st choice: Spanish, 2nd: biology</p>

<p>Misc: I used the 'what else' form to send in some articles i wrote for the school paper and a science paper i wrote while working at my summer lab</p>

<p>Actually, ED it's higher; but basically, you're at most applicaants' level. Add your name to our ED Roster/thread! :)</p>

<p>hmmm. to me, academics seem ok, besides subject tests (and slightly lower gpa)</p>

<p>yeh, i heard that unless u r recruited, school athletics doesnt really matter.</p>

<p>well it shows that you're well rounded, even if you aren't good enough to get recruited</p>

<p>yea because they say it "doesnt really matter, doesnt mean you shouldn't notify you actually were one.....</p>
