Hi, I am a junior attending an American curriculum based school in South Korea.

I get really tensed up these days considering the fact that I will be applying to colleges in about a year.

I just want some feedback on how I have been doing over the past few years of my high school life.

I have always tried my best to pursue excellence in academics since i was in elementary school.

Starting from high school, I have always gotten A+'s and A's. The lowest grade I got was an A- from an AP class.

I speak Korean, English, and Spanish.

I haven taken AP world history in my sophomore year and am currently enrolled in AP bio, AP lit, and AP psychology.

I had great passion for music so I have been playing the piano and cello for over 10 years and got 15 certificates from a standardized music exam from England.

I am also involved in Student Council, Model UN, NHS, school orchestra, cross-country and newspaper club.

I started a small orchestra unit and founded a small literacy club at school.

I am on good terms with all my teachers and friends.

I have not had any major problems.

However, because I know that my dream colleges don't just look for students with good grades and involved in various activities, I am worried that I might not be accepted to all my prestigious dream colleges.

I have not taken the sat yet, but I will this January.

On practice exams, I usually get 1300~1400 on the English sections and 730~580 on the math sections.

I am also going to take sat 2 chem, bio, and lit because I want to major in either English or biology...two very different subjects but still :p

Please give me any tips on what more I can do and roughly evaluate which colleges I can get into based on all these infos and also let me know what financial benefits in college tuition I can get as an American citizen.

Thanks a lot!
