UofR's website says that they are 'Transfer Friendly', what does that mean ? That they take in a lot of transfers or just that they take transfers?

My stats are:

Hoping to get it to about 3.7 by transfer time/60 credits.

2 that are good.
One talks about me as a nice person and being persistent and motivated.

One is from my CHEM teacher, he says im a great student, top 2-3% of his students ever and getting one of the highest grades on the American Chemical Society standardized tests, in the history of the school (60/70, where 50 counts as 100%).

At least one more that I havent seen and will not see either. Probably will be good and pretty personal, teacher and I are really good friends.

I've applied to a few different schools, mostly research oriented and of different competitiveness. UofR really seems like a cool place and from what I've seen of the campus and people, + videos etc, I think I'd fit in and enjoy it there! :)
