THANKS!!

I’ll be frank, the Ivies+Chicago are looking a little bit slim, mostly because they’re test score hungry (especially Yale), but the leadership activities and ECs you have are great (Yeah martial arts!). Your curriculum is really nice and diverse, with good grades and APs to boot. So here goes:
Rochester like a good bet, the Eastman school is a reach for everyone though, if that’s your plan. Mac I’d say about 70%, but if you’re looking for a music program there, my piano teacher (former teacher there) recommended against it for me. Wesleyan I don’t know a whole lot about, but if you really want to increase your chances I would take the SAT in addition to your ACT. Your Safes are Safe.
Chance a Wisconsonite Back (1373235-chance-some-mid-western-colleges.html#post14697325)? And, were you in State Honors Band by chance?

thanks!
yeah im planning on taking SAT 2s in us history and literature this fall so fingers crossed… i just wish ACT wasn’t SUCH a chunk of admissions :/

no i wasnt in honors band - i actually had the ACT test the morning of the audition and a different band gig that afternoon… the guy who sits next to me got in though so couldda wouldda shouldda lol
i dont even want to major in music, although i do love it.

also; does it help i want to major in russian studies? idk if a more obscure, genuine pursuit would help my chances of admission,.?

… bump(:
