Any thoughts??
Thanks so much !

I think your ACT score is very impressive and it seems as though you have many great extracurricular activities. Even if you’re G.P.A isn’t perfect I know someone who has gotten into cornell with a 2340 SAT and a 3.8 or was it a 3.5 gpa. So i think your chance is pretty high (:

If you had applied ED, I’d say you were in a shoe-in, but only if your essays were really good. Cornell’s applicants look mostly the same in terms of grades and test scores. They’re looking for interesting individuals. They might think they’re not your first choice. I do think Cornell wants people who want to be there.

I understand the benefits of ED in this context. The average ACT of last year’s class was 31, so I’m hoping my score will help me. Cornell is one of my top picks. Thanks for the advice! Will any EA results from UChicago, Georgetown, and and UMich be revelatory as to my chances here?
