bump.
anyone who can help me?

hmmm…
Well you are an international student and at a challenging boarding school, so i’ll give you a break on your grades. But your SAT score needs to be way higher. The percentage chance of admission jumps from like 6% to liek 12% from SAT scores of 2100’s to 2200’s. And if you are realyl gonna work hard, then your chances will jump from 6% to 20% if you can get 2300+.
Your EC’s seem to be pretty weak… Ivy leagues and high colleges need to see ap assion for something. Do you have any awards or competitions that show your more than a kid who takes ahrd classes and goes to a competitive boarding school? Face it, what makes colleges such as Yale AWESOME, is the student body it encompasses. They want amazing kids, kids who will not only succeed in the academic environment there, but also kids who are passionate abotu the studies they pursue. It’s too late now, but here is what I think

-Yale- waitlist/rejected
-UPenn: Huntsman Program maybe
-Columbia maybe
-Duke hmmm… maybe
-UChicago rejected
-NYU Stern accepted
-CM Tepper School accpeted
-JHU maybe
-Amherst maybe
-Swarthmore accepted

Agreed with what Djokovic said completely. But his chances were a easier than I think it is in reality.

-Yale- rejected
-UPenn: Huntsman Program rejected
-Columbia rejected
-Duke rejected
-UChicago rejected
-NYU Stern accepted
-CM Tepper School accpeted
-JHU maybe
-Amherst maybe
-Swarthmore accept

If you’ve only taken Chinese I, what language will you use for Huntsman? They almost never accept those using a native language and want you to come in pretty accomplished in your target language.

NYU, Tepper, Amherst, JHU, Swarthmore = accepted.

Jenni0z- Are you kidding me?

Amherst/ Swarthmore- Low Reach/ Reach
JHU/ NYU Stern- High Match/ Low Reach
CMU Tepper- Match
