<p>Cornell's ILR is my top choice school, and I caved into posting this because I am so nervous. Please chance me! </p>

Ranking: my school is a gifted school, so they don't do ranking. but i am in top 10%
AP's: AP Euro: 5, AP Psych: 5, AP Lang: 5, APUSH: 5.
Senior course-load: AP Macroeconomics, AP Government, AP Lit, AP Spanish, AP Calc BC, Chamber Orchestra, AP Environmental Science. (4.0 unw. first semester)
SAT:2260 (800 CR 700 Math 760 Writing)
SAT Subject: 800 US History, 720 Spanish, 660 Math I

<p>Common App Essay: I wrote about the social perception of prominent women in our society and how that affects me. </p>

<p>Cornell ILR essay: I discussed the many perspectives on feminism i have gained through my academics, and how Cornell could provide me the tools to further my education on the topic and apply it to a career focused on achieving gender equality.</p>

<p>Recommendations: I read one the one written by my Precalc teacher; it was choppy writing, but very positive. she focused on my academic strengths not just in liberal arts, but also in Calculus. My other one, i did not read, but the teacher loves me. He probably focused on my strong inclination towards feminism. </p>
