<p>White Jewish Male who is a rising senior from public high school in NJ from middle class family. I plan on most likely majoring in something like Marketing or business realted, but I'm also really interested in Pyschology, possibly as a minor.</p>

By the time i graduate i will have taken 2 AP's (US History and Pysch). I got a 4 on my APUSH exam. Nearly all classes Ive taken are honors throughtout high school.</p>

4 years of soccer (1 freshman, 3 Varsity)</p>

-Interact Club member (community service club)
-Volunteered as Rec soccer coach throughout hs
-Volunteered at food bank every summer of hs
-Volunteered at local summer camp for mentally challanged children every summer of hs
-Volunteered multiple times at local homeless shelter
-Participant in multiple sports tournaments that donated proceeds towards charity (Volleyball, dodgeball, etc)</p>

-Varsity Soccer MVP as jr (possibly captain as sr)
-Soccer All Area Honorable mention as jr
-Letter of Commendation from my town's mayor for my community service actions
-Honorable mention in my school's art calendar</p>

<p>I would really appreciate it if you guys could chance me for the schools I mentioned above and would welcome any sugesstions that are within like a 6 hour drive of NJ. I know I'm not an outstanding student compared to some people on CC and i would also appreciate any advice in ways to improve my resume. Thanks for your time!</p>

<p>Hi. All of the schools you have listed mainly take a look at your GPA, and to a lesser extent, your SAT scores. These schools are mainly numbers based. Your numbers are indeed competitive, but you might want to try and bump up your SATs just a little. You seem to be a very active person who is involved in a lot of physical activities. This makes for good recommendations and interviews. My advice to you is to look more towards other schools that view the full you instead of putting such a heavy focus on your numbers. Not saying that you shouldnt apply to these schools, but try and vary the type of school. I am only saying this because I think all the time you have spent developing your extracurriculars may not be noticed by some of these admissions committees. Good luck. Please give me feedback.</p>
