Will being a girl applying for engineering make up for my CR score? :|

You have a good chance. Get 5’s on AP Calc BC, and Bio if possible. That will strengthen your application. Do not attempt Math II again. Will not do much. However improving CR might.

As is, you will be eligible to waive out of Physics 1112, one liberal arts requirement (USH) and one required writing seminar if you get in.

Check the AP credit table on Cornell engineering website.

A 760 in Math II is a good score. A jump from 760 to 800 is good but will not cast the deciding vote in my opinion as you already have a 800 in Math and Phys. However, a 630 to 700 or 730 in CR will be a big deal. Cornell Engineering does emphasize CR through various required classes within its curriculum. It will also bring you into a comfortable range.
