Dual enrollment: will graduate w 61 credits from IRSC
College GPA: 2.8 (Yikes, I know)
In both HS and DE im a pretty much ‘B’ Student in my academic cores…
All my science related courses are Honors
No recorded service hours
In state
I have florida prepaid (if that helps) and 2 reccomendation forms

voulenteer at inpatient facility (mental health hospital)
voulenteer at animal shelter
National Society of High School Scholars
Winner of 2 first place state fair art shows

wait, how do you have extra curriculums as volunteering, but no documented hours? my school requires 40 hours to graduate, does yours require any?
they dont require hours… but these voulenteer works were not documented because my previous HS was kinda…well… dumb to say the least. I had called the office of undergrad admissions for UCF and they said that documented hours are not required. But they do look at the list of what you put in your application. theres actually a difference between “Community Service hours” and “Extra curriculars”
What other school decisions have you received back?
I knew there was a difference, but volunteering usually means hours where I’m from. I think you have a decent shot at getting in really, especially since you applied for summer. have they received transcripts ?
yeah, they have… last transcript sent jan 12th.
i just wonder why its taking so long especially for SUMMER ?
(bump bump bump because i still havent gotten opinions and im getting anxious about getting accepted)
