Thank you so much!

Boeing internship and the sculpting project will definitely help set you apart and possibly make up for your low-ish GPA. ACT is on the high end of Cornell’s range. I don’t think that Cornell officially wants to see your AP scores until after admittance, but doesn’t the commonapp require you to report them? I’ve known people who have gotten 3s and 4s on APs and have been admitted, so I’m not exactly sure how much weight AP scores have on the application process as a whole.

It’s also very important to demonstrate fit for the program you’re applying to. Your essay should explain exactly why the architecture program at Cornell is the ONLY school you could see yourself attending in order to fulfill your dreams, career goals, etc. Admissions wants you to be passionate and knowledgeable about the subject you plan on studying. They do not want to here that you are applying because it’s Ivy League, because the program is highly ranked, etc. etc. etc.

I’d say you definitely have a shot, but it’s important to remember that it’s not uncommon for 4.0 applicants who may seem like perfect matches for Cornell, or any other top-tier school, to get rejected. Nobody on here can give you an accurate probability of whether or not you will get in. That being said, you seem to have just as good of a chance as anybody else, especially given your extensive list of very interesting ECs.

Best of luck!
