<p>Korean-Canadian, 1.5 generation immigrant. (I'll be the first in my family to attend an AMERICAN university if I make it. My parents both had university education, however, just not in the States - my mom is an anesthesiologist (MD) and my dad is a psychiatrist (MD PhD).) </p>
<p>I'm going to be in grade 11 in September 2009. I'm planning to apply for early decision in November 2010 to start my first year in September 2011.</p>

<p>SAT (here's my weak point):
I'm taking my first one in this November and once again (if my November score sucks) in December. I have formal exam anxiety... but well, I have to go through this. My practice test scores range from high 1900s to low 2200s. I'm just practicing and practicing to pull this up to a stable 2200.</p>
<p>I know that this chance-me threads are kind of overflooding the forum... but I really want to know if I can even dare applying to one of my top choice universities.</p>
