idk, i think ur all set for the lower ivies, like cornell and other good schools such as northwestern. however, both duke and stanford are very very hard to get into out of state, so thats definitely a disadvantage for u. i have 3 cousins who went to stanford with lower grades and ECs than me, but just because im from MA, my chances went drastically down. Also, out of state, duke is one of the most selective schools in the nation…the valedictorian at my school, a tri-athlete with 9 varsity letters (not recruited tho), 4.7 gpa, and tons and tons of volunteering got turned down even after applying ED to duke. also, during the summer, focus on building a good rapport whit whoever u meet at penn, as this can rly influence ur acceptance. good luck

I forgot to mention that I am applying as an operations research major at most of those schools, which is a type of engineering. Does that change any of the chances?
