<p>please please chance me.</p>

<p>i live in illinois but because my dad is in the military im technically a legal resident of florida. so hopefully that will work for me?</p>

<p>3.6 uw gpa
4.02 weighted. i think this is similar to the way uf recalculates high school gpas.</p>

<p>2 years jv cross country.
2 years jv tennis and 2 years varsity.</p>

<p>member of future doctors of america at my school.
active participant in a program called youth summit leadership aimed at unscrewing middle schools in my area. not that my area is bad really.</p>

<p>ive prob taken 15 honors classes by now. and another 3 ap classes through junior year.
as a senior i have 4 ap classes and 1 honors class. i also to self study some ap tests to get a head start on college.</p>

<p>ap tests:
3 euro history
4 econ macro
5 us history</p>

<p>im prob in the top 10 or 15 percent of my class of 1100 though my school doesnt rank anymore.</p>

<p>what else about me?</p>

<p>very few community service hours.. thats not good.</p>

<p>31 on the ACT.</p>

<p>how did you calculate your gpa? UF uses 5.0 for AP and IB and 4.5 for honors As.</p>

<p>ACT is strong.</p>

<p>why no comm service hours? if there is a reason UF needs to know.</p>

<p>+.5 for honors classes. +1 for AP classes. but that includes all classes. including like gym and stuff like that.</p>

<p>i didnt take the SAT. in the midwest most kids take the ACT.</p>

<p>no particular reason. sports take up a lot of time. but thats no exscuse.</p>

<p>what do you think my chances are?</p>
