If you link me to your chance, I'll attempt to chance you back (although I evidently have not gone through this process yet so my advice may not be that accurate but I'll try to)

UW GPA: 3.93 (weighted is about 4.3 if I recall correctly)

Classes and Grades (slash separates semesters, I included PE and Band for the hell of it)..

This semester I expect to get all A's and raise my GPA a bit.

SAT Physics: 800
SAT USH: 710 (I am hiding this from the colleges that I was sure allowed me to hold scores)
USH AP Test: 5
Statistics AP Test: 5

Honors (I know, I don't have many):
President's Award for 250+ hrs (Gold) in 9th grade
PSAT Commendation
California Scholarship Federation

Extracurriculars:
1. Zero Robotics for 2 years, VP one year
2. Physics Club for 2 years, Co-P one year
3. Symphony up until this year (not this year due to conflicting schedules), first chair French horn for 4 out of 5 years
4. Soccer (competitive, but not school), goalkeeper and defense, since kindergarten
5. Speech and Debate (participated in both) for all 4 years, Merit Level
6. Summer Camp Counselor for three years (+ Junior Counselor 1 year, got me most of those 250 hours of community service)
7. Math tutor through my school, 1-2 tutees at a time

Note: my school is much more difficult than other schools. The school used to be on the top high schools in the US list (around 60th place), but it was removed because apparently we neglect our lower-lane students. So I believe at any other school, I would have a higher GPA, but I don't know how much colleges take that into account.
