Robotics Club 4 years. Volunteer at Hospitals (300+ hours) for 4 years.

What are my chances to get in Purdue Computer Engineering program?

Being out of state, looking for financial aid. What are my chances to get scholarships? Probably will not qualify for need based support as per FAFSA.

I have no right to chance you, but based on your stats, colleges may be discouraged to accept someone with a lower average gpa. It may come off as the wrong message, like you do these hard courses and don’t excel. No offense, I am the same way and many people told me the same thing.
you might have an ok chance, but just do well on your essay

I think you have a chance to get in but no chance at getting a merit scholarship.
