Cornell SHA is my first choice school and I’d really hope to get into the School of Hotel Administration. Please! Please chance me!

Solid app. Nice scores, GPA, etc… Good ECs as well. SHA is one of the easier ones to get into, but it doesn’t help being an ORM… Use your essay to prove you aren’t a lemming (or an academic robot who does nothing but study). Chance: 65%

^ SHA definitely isn’t an easy school to get into. In fact, it has one of the lowest acceptance rates within Cornell.

I think you have an extremely solid resume, I would just recommend getting into more hospitality related extracurriculars. For example, interning at a hotel or working at a restaurant.
You’re definitely on a great path!! Good luck to you

With a strong essay and interview describing what you have learned from your work experience and what you hope to accomplish in the hotel school, you will get in.
Chance: 90%
(I am a current sophomore in SHA)
