Please chance me for a few VA schools?

I applied to Virginia Tech, James Madison, George Mason, Christopher Newport, and Radford. I am a white female in Northern VA.

SAT: 1850/2400, 1230/1600
GPA: 3.6 weighted (had a 4.1 for freshman and sophomore year, dropped during junior year-personal reasons. COMPLETE anomaly. my GC explained this in the Secondary School Report Forms)
Current GPA for senior year (4 AP classes and French 5): 3.9 weighted
7 APs/all honors throughout high school, scored 4s on three AP exams

ECs:
-President of French National Honor Society, 11th-12th grade
-FHNS, 10th grade- present
-French Club, 9th grade-present
-Worked as a front desk receptionist at a doctor's office, sept.-dec. 2011
-Varsity Tennis, 3 years
-National Honor Society, 10th grade- present
-Cast member/stage crew for 7 plays/musicals, 9th-11th grade

I was waitlisted for George Mason because my junior year grades were mostly Cs. My GC called them and they said they didn't even read the Secondary School Report that explained the bad junior year. My freshman and sophomore years were mostly As, and my first semester grades for this year are good. But since I got waitlisted for GMU, I don't think there's any chance for me to get into Tech or JMU, so I've lost all hope for those schools. I'm really worried I won't get into CNU or Radford because I got waitlisted at GMU. What do you think? Any help/advice is appreciated. Thank you so much!

I think you’ll get into all those you applied to; your resume is strong.

I appreciate that, but how could I get into every one of those schools if I got waitlisted at a school that would be a safety with a 3.6 GPA? GMU’s admissions changed a lot this year, they got a lot of new leadership. But still, the point is I got waitlisted because my junior year sucked. I’m just wondering if all the other schools will waitlist/reject me too. Does anyone know if other schools look at applications moer holistically than others? Do I at least have a chance at Radford?
