thank you

i think youre in....if you apply ED, even more so. good luck

There is a Chances section, you know. Please use it. Anyway, you're not in and you're not out - you have a chance. That's all anyone can tell you.

Spend time with grandparents?
'
How the hell is that an extracurricular?

Good shot, I guess, your ec's don't really stand out, but your grades are good, so you have a good chance, just like all the other applicants

Well... no one could say for sure... I'm not even sure a Cornell admissions officer could tell for sure. It's hard to make a judgment based on statistics alone. You seem like a caring person... I hope you get that across in your essays. :)

Honestly, I don't know much about the admissions for Cornell school of engineering, but I do happen to know someone who got in with a SAT score slightly higher than yours, but with much fewer ecs (of some to little significance). All I can say is to make sure your grades in general and SAT II scores on the math & sciences are very strong (though this does not necessarily guarentee admission), show how you're passionate about sciences (this can be shown in ecs), and write really good essays.

Also I don't understand how spending time with your grandparents is an EC.
