<p>GPA: 3.95UW, 4.45W Ranked 15 of 700 at public IB high school. Took all the most difficult classes offered.
SAT: 740M, 670CR, 770W (2180) Will take ACT this week and SAT II 11/7.
Honors: Honor Roll every semester, Scholar-Athlete award every semester, National Hispanic Merit Scholar
HS Sports: 3 years club soccer Silver Elite (playing up), currently playing age group Gold. This is a year-round commitment of over 20 hours/week.
Played soccer for my high school and also on the track team.
Volunteering: 400-800 hours each year at humane shelter and local elementary school.
Clubs: Soccer precludes clubs, but I am on the Board of Directors of our student government.
Last summer I was a student in Stanford's program for high schoolers and received 3 As.
I am female, Hispanic, a California resident, legacy at MIT.</p>

<p>Brown and Stanford are pretty possible, I’d say as a female URM you have a pretty good shot.</p>

<p>If you could knock your ACT and SAT IIs out of the park I could definitely seeing you get into MIT. A lot more males apply than females, which helps you out. The legacy can’t hurt either :)</p>
