Thanks guys.

Looks pretty impressive to me. I feel as though you’ll at least get into Cornell with good essays (although I’m not familiar with how colleges treat international students).

columbia and cornell don’t provide finaid for international students. that’s what I remember

Columbia and Cornell DO provide financial aid for International students ^

^maybe. But it’s definitely not need blind. so that will be EXTREMELY hard to apply

These are need-blind, try them

True, it’s not need-blind. It’s not “EXTREMELY” hard to apply, it’s just tougher to get accepted if you have 0 EFC because another guy with similar stats but 1,000 EFC would get in over the 0 EFC guy.

haha Actually this topic has nothing to do with me. But I just want to remind Joy2014 about the risks associated with the international finaid stuff. If there is anything above that is offensive, I apologize for that. I wish everyone good luck in the whole process.

Thank you guys so much for ur replies! Yeah I know I’m in for a very tough competition there, applying for FA. I really hope I can get into juz one of them :)

I’ve asked Cornell’s FA staff about it, their reply is the international FA will be provided after a quite selective process. Hope you good luck

wish you best luck!
