<p>What are my chances at Cornell? </p>
<p>College of Agriculture and Life Science (AEM Business Program)</p>
<p>Letter of recommedation
1. BC Calc teacher (I had one of the best grades in his class junior year) (graduated Columbia)
2. US History teacher (had a high A and he really really liked me) (graduated UPenn)
3. Guidance counselor (I've been sucking up to him for a while lol =))</p>

<li>Average GPA of people who get into cornell from my school is what I have</li>

<li>Junior Year - AP Calc BC, AP Physics B, IB World Literature</li>
<li>Senior Year - AP Multi Calc, AP Microecon, AP Chemistry, IB World Literature (It's a 2 year course)</li>

<li><p>In my essays and throughout my application I'm stressing how much I am interested in business. Our school is divided into "departments" and I am in the engineering one but because I am so interested in business, I have been involved in many clubs, projects, electives, etc. that have to do with business. </p></li>

1. I did a historical research project for my history teacher. It involved researching textbooks to compare views on certain issues. My teacher used this info to write an article. He wrote a recommendation saying what I have done. </p>

1. prefrosh --> freshmen - CIT at a camp
2. freshmen --> sophomore - CIT at a camp (200 hours of community service)
3. sophomore --> junior - Volunteer at a camp (50 hours of community service)
4 junior --> senior - Cornell Summer College "The Business World" program (3 weeks)</p>
<p>jobs:
- I've never had a real job but i have babysat my neighbors children for $7/hr around twice a month from five hours for the past 4 years</p>
<p>other information:
- im from NJ
- my high school doesn't rank but in the profile they send to colleges, im in the top 45%.
- my school sends about 20 people to cornell every year (the whole class is about 300 students)
- I spend two hours babysitting my sister everyday
- I have 20 in-school community service hours and about 500 out-of-school
- my electives are very business-based: such as Stocks and Bonds I, Stocks and Bonds II, Trading I, Trading II, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Management</p>
<p>what I am very worried about:
1. no substantial awards
2. only honors I am a part of its National Honor Society
3. No real job</p>
<p>so what are my chances for cornell? Northwestern?</p>
