<p>Applying from McGill University in Canada for chemical engineering major for sophomore standing in Cornell University in Fall of '09. EC's include involvement in McGill Karate Team, McGill Engineering Design Team (competitive), high school varsity sports team captain (led team to victory in city championships 3 years consecutively), German Consulate award twice for standing 5th and 3rd provincially, certificates of distinction for several mathematics competitions, attended highly competitive private school which ranks in top 5 high schools in Canada. 2140 SAT I score, 730 Math II and 800 on Chemistry SAT II. 3.75 GPA 1st semester university GPA, 3.91 GPA (currently) on Midterm Report for 2nd semester with challenging courses. Very creative and strong essay, and powerful recommendation letter. Based on this, what are my chances (with and without financial aid)? Any feedback would be immensely appreciated!</p>
