your stats are very similar to my own. Take the ACT again and you can definitely get a 34 maybe higher. The science is honestly the easiest part of the test, it involves almost no knowledge of science. Do not read the introductions, merely simplify each question and ask what they are really asking. Although the questions are made to look complicated, most of the time they are asking you to look at example (the highest point on the graph and where it occurs.) They will try to trick you and they succeed a lot, but if you figure it out you can definitely be above 30 on that. Dont worry about your essay, I got an 8 as well. Very few schools look at the ACT/SAT essays, especially the ACT one. I think you have a good shot at all the schools you listed. Duke and Dartmouth are reaches, but I would expect that you would get into Cornell, Haverford, Wellesley. Brown is also a reach but one that you could get into if your essays are strong; your ecs are a little bit on the weak side, so really get strong recs and essays. GL!

Duke- 25%
Dartmouth- 30%
Cornell- 40%
Haverford- 40%
Brown- 20%
Wellesley- IN
RPI 7 year med program - 5%. Very few medical ECs means you probably won’t get in. But premed at Duke/Brown/Cornell, etc will likely get you into an amazing medical school as it is.

Where you also might want to look at:

UVa- 90%
UNC - 90%
UCLA - 80%
UCB- 50%
Vandy - 95%
JHU- 60%
WUSTL - 60%

Chance me back?

You need to provide more info. If you’re from Alaska or N. Dakota you have a shot at all these schools. If you’re white or Asian and from an overrepresented state an ivy is unlikely (maybe Cornell enfineering) with a 690CR and an 8 essay.

i’m from NH (i don’t know if that’s overrepresented or not) but I’m asian. I probably will be retaking the SAT to get cr and essay up.
