<p>Hello everyone! I want to know my chances of getting into Duke University. I am applying for Early Decision so please help me out!</p>

<p>Race: Asian
Gender: Female</p>

<p>GPA:
-UW GPA: 3.9583
-W GPA: 4.917
-Class Rank: 1/536</p>

<p>Standardized Tests:
-ACT w/ writing: 32
-SAT 2 Korean: 800
-SAT 2 Math 2: (taking this Saturday; aiming for 700+)
-AP Calculus BC Exam: 5</p>

<p>Classes:
-1st Semester Senior Classes (currently all A's): AP English IV, AP Statistics, AP Biology, AP Government and Politics, AP Art History
-Previous Years: Taken 5 AP classes (excluding Senior year AP classes) and mostly honors classes
-Oh, BTW my school does block scheduling so I take 4 classes per semester. I am currently taking 5 classes because I am taking one extra class online.</p>

<p>EC's:
-Key Club
-Science Olympiad
-National Honors Society
-Multicultural Club (Club Secretary)
-Environmental Club (Club Publicly Officer)
-Political Club
-Community Library Teen Volunteer
-After-School Recycling Club
-Founder of Youth Church Newspaper</p>

<p>ETC:
-I was a Junior Marshall.
-My brother is currently a Junior in Duke University right now (not sure if this will really help my application chances).
-I am living in North Carolina.
-I am applying for Early Decision.</p>

<p>Your GPA is great, I’d say way better than the mean accepted GPA for Duke. Also, your ECs are excellent as well. You seem to be a very active student! However, the one blemish on your transcript is I think your ACT score. If you scored a little higher, you would be perfect for Duke. If that’s not possible, write a kick-ass college essay! Good luck!</p>

<p>What are your scores on the other 4 AP Tests you have taken? Also, if you are Korean then your 800 SAT II score in Korean will not mean much.</p>
