Thank you for taking the time to read this!!

good chances. what i would do to increase yr chances: take the sat again and improve your scores. no one wants to see a doctor w/ a 690 sat math.

nonetheless, yr doing well, and i hope to see u in 2010!

The only things hurting you are your SAT scores.

i can assure you that SAT math scores have no bearing on becoming a doctor. my uncle got a 550 SAT math back in the day(it re-centers to a 560 so don’t use re-centering as an argument). he went to Columbia for med iirc.

of course med schools don’t care about yr sats but when u apply 2 college u have 2 state yr interests. if i were an admissions officer and i saw a 690 and a kid wanting to be pre-med, i would like towards my pile of kids w/ 800s who want to be pre-med.

anyway, it’s easy enough to fix this. yr solid other than yr sats. just study really hard and take the test again.

Lots of ec’s and great gpa. but i would sharpen those sat scores for penn.

Thanks! And I’m retaking SAT in October and judging by the practice tests I’ve been taking it should increase. And hope to see some of you in 2010!! :D
